Semi-Finished Belt Components
Fabricant de sangles et d'ébauches de ceintures pour l'approvisionnement en composants
HongDing supplies wholesale leather belt straps and blanks for assemblers, buckle brands and private-label production teams. Tell us which operations should be completed before delivery, and we will review the leather, dimensions, thickness, temper, edges, holes and buckle fit around that handoff.
- Delivered operations listed explicitly
- Dimensions tied to marked measurement points
- Buyer finishing route reviewed before bulk

Eight Belt Strap and Blank Supply Options
Choose from unfinished blanks, tooling leather, ratchet straps, reversible straps and preprocessed components. The supplied condition, dimensions and acceptance points are agreed before quotation.
What Must a Belt Blank RFQ Define
A belt blank quotation is useful only when the delivered component state is unambiguous. The RFQ must state exactly where HongDing's work stops and the buyer's punching, tooling, printing, edging, assembly or retail responsibility begins.
Raw strip, cut-to-length blank, edged strap, punched strap, skived strap, snap-ready strap or another completion point defined by the current drawing.
Prevents scope ambiguitySupplier or source, article, tannage and finish route, cut zone, grade, temper, thickness method, color and natural-mark boundary.
Prevents material substitutionWidth, thickness, cut length, measurement points, orientation, straightness, squareness, holes, slots, tip and tolerances with the inspection method.
Prevents incompatible geometryBuyer tooling, dye, print, edge, buckle and fastening equipment or consumables plus the conditions that define acceptable workability.
Prevents handoff failureBundle quantity, orientation, surface protection, SKU, article lot, drawing revision and label fields required at receiving inspection.
Prevents lot mixingMaterial is separated to an agreed width or preliminary form, while length, ends and most secondary operations remain with the buyer.
Match the Strap Specification to the Buyer's Next Operation
The same cut strap can be finished in very different ways after delivery. The drawing and inspection points should match what the buyer will do next, rather than using a vague ready-to-use description.

Belt Assembler
Approves the strap with the exact buckle, fold, fastener, hole, edge and assembly sequence used in the final product.
Acceptance focus: assembled fitBuckle Brand
Maps named buckle revisions to approved strap width, thickness, end preparation, attachment geometry and incompatible combinations.
Acceptance focus: compatibility matrixComponent Distributor
Controls article, dimension, process stage, lot, bundle quantity and label revision so downstream customers receive the ordered state.
Acceptance focus: product identityPrivate-Label Production Team
Defines which tooling, logo, edge, holes and packaging operations belong upstream and which remain with the appointed assembler.
Acceptance focus: responsibility fileEvery Added Operation Needs Coordinates and Limits
Extra processing only saves time when it matches the buyer's next tool and assembly. Every hole, skive, slot, edge or print needs a marked face, measurement points, dimensions and tolerances.
Entrée 01
Holes and Slots
Function, diameter or profile, center coordinates, pitch, count, referenced face and edge, positional tolerance and tearing limits.
Entrée 02
Skive Profile
Start and end, taper length, residual thickness method, symmetry, transition and complete folded-assembly review.
Entrée 03
Tip and Buckle Cut
Centerline, shoulders, narrowed width, length, radii, symmetry and cut-quality limits from a fixed datum.
Entrée 04
Edge State
Raw, beveled, sanded, burnished, primed or coated as separate states, each with its own profile and appearance criteria.
Entrée 05
Logo Preparation
Authorized artwork, method, size, face, orientation, coordinates, contrast or depth boundary and protection from bundle transfer.
Entrée 06.
Article Identity
Source, supplier reference, article code, species where relevant, tannage route and finishing revision.
What to Keep in the Belt Blank Approval File
The receiving team should be able to identify the material, current drawing, completed operations and approved sample without relying on memory or a generic product name.
Included, excluded and buyer-performed operations, with drawing ownership, inspection ownership and final-product responsibility.
Defines the handoffSource, article, tannage and finishing route, incoming lot, grade, temper, color and natural-mark range.
Defines the materialMethods, marked points, conditioning, sample plan, readings, tolerances and drawing revision for all measured geometry.
Defines the componentBuyer tool, chemical or hardware, process conditions, sample identity, observations, limits and approval decision.
Defines downstream compatibilityApproved physical strap at the documented completion state, with any boundary examples for surface and edge variation.
Defines the visual and tactile referenceArticle lot, process stage, SKU, count, orientation, protection, drawing revision and approved changes tied to each shipment unit.
Defines traceabilitySpecify Belt Strap and Blank Details by the Real Handoff
Group strap components by material, dimensions, completed operations and the buyer's next assembly step. This makes a sourcing list clearer than a long set of style names with no defined handoff.

Plain Leather Blanks
Article, width, thickness method, cut length, orientation, straightness, squareness and raw edge state form the core specification.
Pre-Punched Straps
Controlled holes or slots add face, end and edge datums, geometry, positional tolerance and interface verification.
Skived Turn-Back Straps
Residual thickness, taper, fold direction and actual buckle or fastener review define this completion state.
Edged or Logo-Ready Straps
Preparation, coating or mark state is tied to the buyer's next finish or brand operation and its permitted surface result.
Credentials and Systems Relevant to Buyer Review
For each credential, check the named holder, factory or facility, assessment scope and validity period. Our team can provide the records relevant to your project for review.
SMETAReview scope
Confirm the report holder, audited site, assessment scope and current review date for the buyer program.
SedexReview scope
Platform participation supports supply-chain review but is not presented as a product certificate.
Leather Working GroupReview scope
Connect the evidence to the named leather facility, certified scope and current validity.
Better Work CambodiaReview scope
Confirm the named Cambodia facility, review period and applicable program scope.
Global Security VerificationReview scope
Review the applicable site, security scope and validity before relying on the record.
