- Company and Phone or WhatsApp are optional
- The static review build does not transmit selected files

Connect Every Data Category to a Specific Business Purpose
HongDing uses business contact and project information to route, assess, respond to and document legitimate B2B inquiries and commercial relationships.
Information supplied directly can include name, business email, optional company and telephone or WhatsApp details, the product brief and files selected for upload. Communications may create correspondence, revision, approval and follow-up records.
The legal basis depends on the person, location and purpose. Steps requested before a contract and performance of an accepted agreement may apply to project processing.

Project information is shared only for the stated business purpose, with access, international transfer and retention considered according to that purpose.
